Yuanxing (Layla) Lin (b. 1997, Xiamen, China) is a London-based metal and jewellery artist whose practice explores the intersections of craft, material integrity, and feminist thought. Working primarily with metal, she draws inspiration from the textures and structures of textiles, translating qualities of softness, interlacing, and repetition into forms that challenge the rigidity traditionally
associated with metalwork.
